  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy
  • Date of Booking to 30 Days Before Travel The Cancellation Charges Will be 25% of The Tour Cost
  • 30 to 15 Days Before Travel - Cancellation Charges Will be 50% of The Tour Cost
  • 15 to 7 Days Before Travel - Cancellation Charges Will be 75% of The Tour Cost
  • 0 to 7 Days Before Travel - Cancellation Charges Will be 100% of The Tour Cost. No Refund Shall be Given
  • Please Note: Cancellation Policy is Subject To Change. It Depends on The Hotel Policy.
  • In Peak Season (example: Long Weekends, Festival Season, Summer Vacation etc.) Most of The Hotels Charge 100% Cancellation

Airline Cancellation Policy:

  • Your Flights Are Non-Refundable. In The Event of Cancellation, You Will Not Get Any Refund For Flights.

  • Please read Carefully And Understand The Contents of The Tour Brochure/Itinerary, The 'Terms And Conditions, Price Grid And Such Other Documents as May be Applicable, as All These Will Form Part of Your Contract With us Once You Effect The Booking.

  • A Minimum of 2 Adults are Required.
  • In Case of Unavailability in The Listed Hotels, Arrangement For an Alternate Accommodation Will be Made in a Hotel of Similar Standard.
  • There Will be No Refund For Unused Nights or Early check-out (In Case of Medical Condition it Completely Depends on Hotel Policy).
  • Check-in And Check-out Times at Hotels Would be as Per Hotel Policies. Early Check-in or Late Check-Out is Subject to Availability and May be Chargeable by The Hotel.
  • The Price Does Not Include Expenses of Personal Nature, Such as Laundry, Telephone Calls, Room Service, Alcoholic Beverages, Mini bar Charges, Tips, Portage, Camera Fees etc.
  • Travelling Bee Reserves The Right to Modify The Itinerary at Any Point, Due to Reasons Including But Not Limited to: Force Majeure Events, Strikes, Fairs, Festivals, Weather Conditions, Traffic Problems, Overbooking of Hotels / Flights, Cancellation / Re-Routing of Flights, Closure of / Entry Restrictions at a Place of Visit, etc. While We Will Do Our Best to Make Suitable Alternate Arrangements, We Would Not be Held Liable For Any Refunds/Compensation Claims Arising out of This.
  • In Case a Flight Gets Cancelled, Travelling Bee Will Not Be Liable to Provide any Alternate Flights Within The Same Cost, Any Additional Cost Incurred For The Same Shall be Borne by The Traveler.
  • In Case of Any Health Issues Travelling Bee will Not be Liable to Provide Any Refunds and in Case of Medical Emergencies All The Medical Expenses Will Be Liable by The Customer.
  • Any Delay Due to Unavoidable Circumstances Like Bandh, Traffic jam, Breakdown, Accidents, Severe Weather Conditions, etc NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY is Not Held Responsible

  • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Check-in Time. NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.

  • We Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Delays & Alterations in The Program or Expenses incurred ( Directly or Indirectly ) Due to Natural Hazards, Flight Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown of Transport, Weather, Sickness, Landslides, Closures/Blockades Due to Political Unrest, or Any Such Incidents.

  • We Count 1 Day From 6 AM Till  10 PM If You Need Vehicle Before 6 AM or After  10 PM in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (Per hour)  Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due To Traffic Jam, Tyres Penchers Etc.

  • The Rates are Subject to Change, Depending on The Fluctuation of Diesel/Petrol Prices in India.

  • Any Abuse to Our Drivers or Unacceptable Behavior or Driver feels at Risk The Driver Has The Right To Ask The Passengers to Leave The Vehicle.

  • Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety.

  • The NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Reserve The Right to Cancel Your Holiday at Any Time Before The Date of Departure, Even After a Confirmation Notice Has Been Sent. If Your Holiday is Cancelled The NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Will Refund in Full The Money You Have Already Paid. No Compensation Will Be Payable.

  • All Bookings Must Be Made Through an Authorised Representative of The NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY.  At The Time of Booking The NORTH EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Booking Form Must Be Completed And Submitted Together With a Deposit of 50% of The Total Cost of The Booking.

  • All Equipment And Personal Effects Shall Be All Times And in All Circumstances at The Owner’s Risk. The Company Cannot Accept Responsibility For Any Loss or Damage or Delay To Your Luggage or Effects Unless Directly Caused By The Negligence of One of Our Representatives.

  • The NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Does Not Own or Control Hotels, Coach or Other Facilities Mentioned in The Tour. As an Operator of The Package Tour Therefore, We Cannot Be Held Liable.

  • Please Note That Cost of The Vehicle (Car / Coaches With The Driver) Does Not Include Extra Usage of Vehicle Like After Transfer or After Sightseeing Until or Unless it is Mentioned in The Iitinerary.

  • Tour Once Commenced Will Strictly go as Per The Itinerary Finalized. In Case of Events And Circumstances Beyond Our Control, We Reserve The Right To Change All or Parts of The Contents of The Itinerary for Safety and Well Being of Our Esteemed Passengers.

  • The NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Shall, in no Circumstances Whatsoever Be Liable to The Client or Any Person Travelling With Him or Her for: Any Death, Personal Injury, Sickness Accidents, Loss Delay, Discomfort, Increased Expenses, Consequential Loss and / or Damage or Theft Howsoever Caused.

  • The NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Reserves The Right to Cancel The Tour Due to Insufficient Passengers or Uncontrolled Factors That Do Not Allow The Conduct of a Safe Tour or The Delivery of Services as Described in The Itinerary, Including Acts of God, War, Transportation or Other Forms of  Strike, Civil strike, Pandemic, Endemic and Order From The Government.

  • HEALTH AND MEDICAL INFORMATION:- Please be Noted That You May Travel to a Remote Area, Where Medical Care May Not be Easily Accessible And Medical Facilities May Not Meet The Standards of Those Found in Your Home Country, We Reserve The Right to Deny you Permission to Travel or Participate in Any Aspect of a Tour at Any Time and at Your Own Risk and Expense Where we Determine That Your Physical or Mental Condition is Unfit for Travel or You Represent a Danger to Yourself or Others.

  • AGE REQUIREMENT:- The Age Limit Allowed to Participate in any Tour(s) or Services Provided by NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY is 1 to 75 Years Old. Participant Under The Age of 18 is Considered to be a Minor. Children Age is From 2 to 9 Years Old and The Infant is Below 2 Years Only. Minors, Children, and Infants Must Always be Accompanied by an Adult. The Accompanying Adult is Responsible for Securing All Consents, Documentation and Ensuring That They and The Minor(s), Children and Infant(s) Meet all Legal Requirements to Travel, to Enter Into and Depart From Applicable Countries and Regions. NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY will not be Responsible for Any Fees, Damages, or Losses Incurred As a Result of any Failure to Secure Necessary Consents, Permits, and Approvals.
    Each Adult on a Booking with a Minor(s), Children and Infant(s) is Responsible for the Behaviour, Wellbeing, Supervision, and Monitoring of Such Minor(s), Children and Infant(s) and Accepts These Terms and Conditions For and on Behalf of any Minor(s), Children and Infant(s) on Their Booking, Including all Assumptions of Risk and Limitations of Liability.
  • DEPOSIT:- A Deposit of 50% is Required Upon Confirmation of Services. Please Note That Bookings are not Confirmed nor Secured Until NOERT EAST TOUR AND TRAVEL AGENCY Receives the Deposit and Send a Written Confirmation to You.
  • YOUR DETAILS:- In Order For us to Confirm Your Travel Arrangements, You Must Provide all Requested Details With The Balance of The Trip Price. Necessary Details Include Full Name as Per Adhar Card / Passport Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport number / Adhar Card, Passport / Adhar Card Issue, and Expiry Date, and Any Pre-Existing Medical Conditions You Have Which May Affect Your Ability to Complete Your Travel Arrangements. Your Booking Cannot be Confirmed Without The Provision of These Details.

  • FLEXIBILITY:- You Appreciate and Acknowledge That The Nature of This Type of Travel Requires Considerable Flexibility and you Should allow for Alternatives. The Itinerary provided for Each Trip is Representative of The Types of Activities Contemplated, But it is Understood That The Route, Schedules, Itineraries, Amenities and Mode of Transport May be Subject to Alteration Without Prior Notice Due to Local Circumstances or Events.
