Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    ARRIVAL IN GUWAHATI and transfer to DIRANG → GUWAHATI to DIRANG :- 7 hr 45 min (293.9 km)

    Upon your early morning arrival at Guwahati airport, we will pick you up and drive directly to Dirang, a stunning valley nestled in the foothills of the Himalayan range. Upon Reaching DIRANG, check-in at the Hotel in DIRANG. Enjoy the hot springs, explore ancient Tibetan buildings in the Tibetan villages, visit the monastery, and see the Dirang Dzong. Overnight Stay at DIRANG Hotel.

  • Day 2

    TAWANG Tour → DIRANG to TAWANG :- 4 hr (130.9 km)

    After breakfast and hotel check-out, embark on a tour of Dirang Valley, known for its fruit orchards. Then, proceed to Tawang, situated on a broad incline of the Himalayan mountain range. Enjoy a quick lunch en route and continue to Sela Pass, one of Northeast India's highest motorable passes at 13,700 feet. Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial and Nuranang Waterfalls along the way. Explore Tawang by walking through the hillside villages. Overnight Stay at TAWANG Hotel.

  • Day 3

    TAWANG Tour → BUMLA PASS

    Start your day with a breathtaking view of Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake) after breakfast, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Next, visit Bum La Pass, the Indo-Chinese border at 15,200 feet, located roughly 37 kilometers from Tawang. On your way back, stop at Heart Lake, PTSO Lake, and Naghula Lake. Note that visiting these locations requires hiring a local taxi and Indian Army clearance for Bum La Pass. In the evening, visit Tawang Monastery, Tawang War Memorial's light and sound show, and other local sights if time permits. Overnight Stay at TAWANG Hotel.

    BOMDILA Tour →TAWANG to BOMDILA :- 4 hr 45 min (169.3 km)
