    Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), also known as Bagdogra International Airport, the gateway to the Eastern Himalayas, complete the necessary arrival formalities and proceed towards the exit gate. Our representative will be waiting for you at the arrival area with a paging board displaying your name. Meet your representative and begin your scenic drive towards Darjeeling, popularly known as the “Queen of the Hills.” Enjoy the picturesque journey through winding mountain roads, lush greenery, and charming hill landscapes as you make your way to Darjeeling. The drive takes approximately 3 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions. Upon arrival in Darjeeling, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey.     DARJEELING Exploration

    Start your day early at around 4:00 AM with a drive to Tiger Hill (8,400 ft), one of Darjeeling’s most famous viewpoints. Witness the breathtaking sunrise as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Kanchenjunga, creating a spectacular Himalayan panorama. On the way back, visit Ghum Monastery, one of the oldest Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in Darjeeling, known for its impressive 15-foot statue of Maitreya Buddha. The journey from Darjeeling to Mirik is approximately 49 km and takes around 2 hours one way, depending on road and traffic conditions. Drive through the picturesque Himalayan countryside towards Mirik, enjoying beautiful views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The route also passes through the Indo-Nepal border region, adding a unique dimension to the journey. Upon arrival, visit the beautiful Mirik Lake (Lake Samendu), situated at an altitude of approximately 4,902 ft. The serene lake is surrounded by lush tea gardens, forested hills, orange orchards, and cardamom plantations, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. You may also enjoy boating on Mirik Lake (at your own cost and subject to availability).
