October to December is the ideal time to visit Bhutan as the air is clear and fresh with sunny skies. January and February are colder, but from then until April the climate remains dry and pleasant and in late spring the famous rhododendrons bloom spectacularly, flooding the valleys with color.The off-season in Bhutan, which is between the rainy months of June and August, can be considered a more affordable time to travel to the country. Direct flights to Bhutan can be found from Kolkata, Bagdogra International Airport and Delhi.The nearest Indian metropolis to Bhutan is Siliguri in West Bengal. Buses from Siliguri to Jaigaon, which shares an international border with Phuentsholing, are available for those planning bus trips to Bhutan (Bhutan).

After making permits drive to Thimpu. On the way to Thimpu from Paro Airport -there are many amazing Sightseeing places you can visit. Paro Tour - Hike to Taktsang monastery and Visit Fortress of Drugyel Dzong
After a delicious breakfast, prepare for an exciting day as we head for a day hike to the viewpoint of Taktsang monastery through the pine forests. The wondrous beauty of nature surrounding is sure to astound you. Next you can visit the ruined fortress of Drugyel Dzong nearby. Today, cover places such as the Ta Dzong National Museum, where you can see antique textiles, weapons and thangkha paintings. Also visit the Rinpung Dzong, where galleries of beautiful art and crafts will welcome you. After that visit Chele La - the pass is the highest motorable point in Bhutan .Later on move to Jangtsa Dumtseg Lhakhang- a fascinating monastery and one of the most visited sightseeing places .Lastly you can visit-Dungtse Lhakhang-a Buddhist temple, the famous choretan.
